• All orders are hand-made and made-to-order. It usually takes 3-4 weeks on all orders, except Immediates. Please call our office at 210-231-8100 for Immediates.
• Cancellation of order: The cancellation request on orders which are pacakged or package/shipped will incur 10% restocking charge (plus shipping cost if applicable).
• We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.

• Minimum order per season is $500.00 plus shipping for US customers and $1000.00 plus shipping for outside US customers. No minimum per style/size/color is required unless it's specified on a specific item.
• No minimum for reorders in season is required.

• Terms (Net 30) with a Credit Limit established by Bernard Sands. Credit limit increases and approvals declined by Bernard Sands may be reviewed in house under extenuating circumstances. In this situation the customer MUST provide a credit reference sheet with 4 listings including, Fax Numbers Which Are Required. This information MUST be provided within one week of the order.
• C.O.D. Cash/Cashiers Check may be necessary if Bernard Sands does not have your current financial information available to review.
• Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted. If you are the first time customer, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization upon receiving order.
• The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorizaion: (1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
• Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.

• UPS is the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
• UPS ground is the primary delivery service for shipments to Canada.
• US Postal Service International Parcel is available for lower shipping costs for international order.

• This is a wholesale only website for clients. Sales tax is excluded on all transactions. The Seller's Permit # is required to check out the merchaindise.

8. Return Policy

• All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• All returns prior written approval. DO NOT return merchandise without written approval. Phone approval is not valid - we will fax or mail written document.
• Credit will be issued only for the merchandise that is authorized. Any goods that are received at Sassy Thai without authorization will be considered as an open balance on your account.
• Written requests do not guarantee return authorization. Unauthorized credits taken off payments will not be honored.
• We will not issue an RA for reasons other than defective merchandise.
• We may consider style exchange with a 10% restocking fee in certain cases, within 15 days of receipt of goods.
• We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through UPS. Please refer to section 6: Shipping Method for further information
• All products are hand-made to order only villagers in Thailand. It takes a lot of effort and time to produce our clothing. Therefore, we have to enforce a strict return policy. We hope you understand our position.
